2. Services
We provide AI-generated dating profile photos (“AI Photos”) based on images you provide.
Standard package includes 10 AI Photos delivered within 72 hours.
We offer one free revision per order if you are not satisfied with the initial results.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD.
Full payment is required upfront to begin your order.
4. Match Increase Guarantee
We’re confident in our service. If you do not see a significant increase in matches within 30 days of using your AI Photos, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible, you must:
Provide proof of usage of the photos on your dating profile during the 30-day period.
Submit your refund request to support@matchbooster.com within 35 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on provided information.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
All photos you provide are accurate, unedited, and belong to you.
You have full rights or permission to use the images you submit.
You will not use the AI Photos to mislead, impersonate, or harm others (including catfishing).
We are not liable for how you use the images once delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
All AI Photos generated are owned by you upon delivery.
We retain the right to use anonymized or blurred versions for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you opt out by emailing support@matchbooster.com at the time of order.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond our stated refund policy.
We are not responsible for:
Matches, dates, or outcomes from using your AI Photos.
Misuse of images by you or others.
Any platform restrictions or bans that may result from using AI Photos.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.
If you are purchasing from outside Switzerland, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
